Mykonos Island - as settled forever in my memory. . .
". . ..Black pink aura of bougainvillea flowers on bright white walls, pleasing pink flowers fluttering away, touching feet on pure white footpaths, spells the mind in front, the deep blue color of the Aegean sea, the constant ups and downs, the waves in the golden sun This wonderful scene spreads the magic of hypnosis, the rays of the sun doing a great deal with. Neither my eyelids were allowed to blink, nor my finger relaxed under the teeth. The dull light of the sun's rays on the face, the cool breeze blowing the hair and this mesmerizing landscape, that moment it seemed as if I had attained bliss .. "
We had heard a lot about Greece. There was also a lot of reading about it. Greece's diverse landscape, more than 3000 years of ancient rich history, enchanting architecture, extremely tasty food, the best climate and finally the friendly people there are extremely famous. For many years we were eager to experience it. Our desire to see this heaven was finally fulfilled. In June 2014, we prepared a one-week travel plan to enjoy the amazing blend of Greece's history, landscape beauty and food. We were thrilled at the thought of traveling to Greece, considered the father of democracy, Olympic Games and many other subjects.
Mykonos Island of Greece
During my visit to Greece, Mykonos was served as an extra dish in my plate. But after seeing Mykonos, I realized that it was like my favorite sweet pudding. Was the best part of my journey. Mykonos is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, known for its exquisite beauty and serene beach. Having attained a considerable amount of unequaled, impressive Greek history in the Greek capital of Athens, we waited impatiently for the layers of our journey to unfold as we would find ourselves in the natural beauty of the Mykonos and Santorini islands in the next four days Wanted to get rest while drenching.Ferry trip from Athens to Mykonos Island
After having breakfast at Athens guesthouse in the morning we reached Piraeus Port, the main port of Athens. Here we boarded a boat called 'Blue Star Lagsary Yacht' which was waiting to take us to the island of Mykonos. This ultra luxurious royal yacht had wide open roofs in many places, one of which was very close to where we were sitting. We got up and came out to see the sea view outside. It was raining outside. The sky was cloudy. The roof was blowing wind at great speed. Initially I did not get noticed because I was busy enjoying this unmatched environment. Showers of rain falling from above, cool breezes of cool breeze and aura of sunrise. As the rain showers stopped, my eyes fell on the surrounding landscape. Seeing the beauty around me, my eyes were opened to open.
Aegean Sea
Around us was the deep blue Aegean sea, which is the long coastline of the Mediterranean Sea. The sea and the beach are not a new element to me, having lived in a unique seaside area like Goa for many years. Apart from Goa, India and also outside India, I have seen seas and beaches in many places. But I had never seen a very beautiful sea like the Aegean Sea before. This sea of clean, very dark blue like glass had acquired the best place in my mind and brain. So many forms of blue color, divine cleanliness of water and very pleasing environment, it is impossible to mold them into words. In order to believe, it is necessary to get their own experience.
A bird's eye view of the islands by boat
Standing on the open roof of the yacht, we started staring at the nearby Cyros and Tinos islands. We were amazed by the unmatched beauty of the architectural landscapes of these islands. We were getting a bird's eye view of the amazing amalgamation of the Cyclade Vastu and medieval architecture. Cyclade architecture is characterized by white-colored square houses, circular paving stone studded streets, ancient windmills and the ubiquitous blue domed church. From the deck of the ferry, we could see countless marble steps between the narrow lanes leading from the beach to the top of the hill. There were beautiful houses on either side of the stairs, whose doors and windows were painted in one color. The excellent views of the islands had mesmerized us. We wished to land on each of these islands. But these islands were not our destination. We started to hope that Mykonos would also be full of similar scenarios.
Evening view of Mykonos Island
We arrived at Mykonos after 5 hours of unequaled vision. The island of Mykonos, famous as the island of the wind gusts, appeared to be consistent with its name. It gave us a grand welcome with a breath of serene and pleasant wind. We were told that it is the most famous and universal cyclad island. The island is considered one of the most popular beaches in the world. Mykonos is also very popular as the world's best party venue.
From the port we arrived at a panoramic coastal resort where our stay was already arranged. The calm sea of deep turquoise blue was on our porch. But on reaching there, droplet started again to dent our enthusiasm. My daughter's movements were the most hurt. If this droplet continues in the same way, then the water will recede on the second day of the famous footpath located in the ancient city of Mykonos and the darshan of the windmills. Then we thought that no one ever benefited from pointless worry. We focused our attention on spending a beautiful evening at the resort's beach and we headed to the sea. Luckily the showers of rain stopped and the beautiful clear blue sky emerged and added four moons to our enthusiasm.
As I said, the beach is not new to me due to being from Goa. But this coast of Mykonos took us to a new world. Such a coast, such beauty and such a scenario, I had seen it for the first time in my life. It is very difficult to translate this beauty into words. Only after seeing this you will be able to understand my ridicule.
Mykonos Beach
Beautiful clean blue sky had emerged. Comfortable meetings were arranged for the tourists all around on a very clean beach. Tourists were enjoying various activities. But very few people were swimming in the sea. It was only after entering the sea that we understood the reason for this.
