A VISIT TO A PLACE OF INTEREST
On the evening of Monday we started for the station.It was 20th January of last year.We were booked for Murshidabad-a place of importance.We availed ourselves of the Shatabdi Express from Bankura.I saw stations,towns,village and green fields on both sides of the railway line.I saw them in the starry night.Next morning the train touched Murshidabad Station.I was in the company of my parents.After breakfast we set out to see the Hajarduari.It is a beautiful building with many real and false doors.The building is a museum to show the things of the Nawab's time.Next we went to Motijhil-a big tank.We crossed the Bhagirathi to see Siraj's tomb at Khusbagh.We saw many things in ruins.At night we started for Bankura.The memory of this visit will remain vivid in my mind.

Dear Raj,
It is a long time you have not written to me.How are you? I am fine.I came to know that Dengue has broken out out in your district.
Thirty persons including some children have died of this fatal disease.Even more than 110 patients have been admitted to several rural hospitals in the district.S I want to give you some advice regarding Dengue.It is caused by the bites of mosquitoes.so always use a net while you sleep.Buckets ,drains and tanks should be cleared regularly and should be covered properly.Always use clothes to cover your body.High fever,joint pain,rashes around skins and tiredness are some of its symptoms.If you notice any one of them,do not waste time.You should visit to your health center. You should follow the avdices.

VISIT TO KOLKATA BOOK FAIR
Book fairs have become a very interesting annual event in Kolkata now-a-days.I would not have believe that a fair could be so fascinating had I not visited the fair this year with my father.This year The fair was held at Salt Lake stadium.Previously it was held i the Kolkata Maidan.I will not make any comparision as I saw it first time this year.It was 3 o'clock when we reached there.Inside,there were some hundred pavilions of different shapes and sizes.Nicely bound books on medicine, general knowledge ,science fiction and other subjects were thrown open to public .Gradually the whole area became crowded and queques in front of certain stalls lengthened .customers were happy to get 10% discount on cash purchases.The whole atmosphere was joyous and people were moving freely.I enjoyed every moment of my visit there.

virus which is commonly called Covid - 19 is an infectious disease. It causes
illness in the respiratory system of human. It is a new virus that is impacting
the whole world badly. Covid
- 19 was firstly identified in December 2019 in Wuhan the city of China.
Covid-19 symptoms can be very mild to severe. Some people
have no symptoms. The most common symptoms are fever, dry cough and breathing
problem. Besides these symptoms like fatigue, sore throat, muscle pain, loss of
taste and smell can also be seen in the patients of Covid - 19.
Prevention is the only cure of it. There are some that we can do. Cover
your nose and mouth with mask. Wash hands regularly with soap and sanitizer.Maintain
a distance of at least 5 to 6 feet. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Take such things which boost your immunity system. The government declared
lockdown to break the chain of covid - 19. People had to face a lot of troubles
due to it. The labourers who earn, troubles and eat daily were out of food.
They don't have any work because all the economic, social and educational
activities were closed for a long time. It has affected our education badly. People
lost their jobs, trades and business. Corona virus is one of the most severe
issues that are being faced by the people around the world. It is necessary
that we come out of this situation as soon as possible.Together we all can
bring an end of this pandemic. That's pray to God.

A DARING BURGLARY
KOLKATA, 17 DECEMBER: Burglars broke
into an apartment on Tuesday night in the busy Gariahat area and left with cash
and ornaments amounting to nearly Rs 85,000.
The flat belonged to Rajiv Chakraborty.He is a famous businessman.The burglars managed to break a second-floor
window grill and entered the flat easily.They then broke open the almirah, picked up the
ornaments and left the same way. Although a complaint was lodged at the Gariahat
police station, DC (South) Harmanpreet Singh denied any knowledge of the
matter. Police investigation in the case has not made
much headway. No concrete clues are available.
Police sources said among the articles stolen were three gold necklaces, three gold chains and a small diamond studded ring, a wrist watch and a VCD. A small amount of cash too was stolen.
The Gariahat police, probing several such
burglaries in the belt in recent past, would not say whether these were the
handiwork of one gang.
