My dear Father,

                          My First Terminal Test is just over. You will be happy to learn that I have fared well in the Test. I am eagerly waiting for the result.

                          However, our school is going to organize an educational excursion to Digha on the 16^th September. Some of my classmates are going to join the tour. It will be a two day’s short tour. I have never been to Digha.I want to take part in the tour. But I cannot go without your permission. Please allow me to join the tour. And I request you to send Rs.500 for this purpose.
