Village Fair
Fairs and festivals are a part of our village life.
They add joy and variety to the dull daily activities of the rural life.
Village people hold many festivals from time to time. Some of them are purely religious.
The chariot festival,'Charak’,'Gajan’, the ‘Nabanna’ are some of them. People
with their best clothes come to the fair ground. They meet one another and feel
happy. The village fairs give artisans good chances to sell their products.
They strengthen the economy of the village.Besides, fairs cement the relations
as people far away from their native villages return home and meet people.As, a
whole, village fair has its own charm to the villagers.
