Buying  chow---Breaking into pieces ---Boiling in water ---Draining water to make it dry ---Cutting beans,cabbage,carrot,capcicum and onion---heating a frying pan ---Pouring a little oil into it---frying the ingredients ---Mixing chow with them---salt, soya sauce mix---serving hot with fork.
