    Taking an egg--- breaking it into a bowl--- chopping onions, green chilly --- add salt---beating well the egg with a fork--- putting pan on the oven with a teaspoon of butter in it--- pouring the liquid egg on the pan---turning it after one or two minutes ---folding it ---serving it with tomato or chilly sauce.
