WRITE A NOTICE FOR RENDERING HELP TO FLOOD VICTIMS.

Write a notice ( as the Secretary,Students' Association) asking the students to extend their help in both cash and kind for the flodd affected victims and deposit whatever help you can give to the monitor of each class.

                                                      [For Flood Relief Fund]

We are all aware of the fact that many villages of South 24 Pargansas are flood affected due to heavy rainfall. Many areas of the district are inundated.Many people have been rendered homeless and cattle have been washed away in this flood.The sufferings of the people know no bounds. Being students we should not remain deaf and dumb about the situation.So we have decided to send relief materials and fund The to the affected areas.So all the students of the school are requested to contribute in cash or kind or both to Flood Fund.You are also requested to give the materials to the monitor  of the class.A Donation Box will be kept in our office room from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The last date of submission of  your fund is 24th Dec'22. The relief materials and fund will be sent to the affected areas through Bharat Sevasharam Sangha.Students are requested to contact the undersigned for further information.
