Date & Time: 25th April, 2005 at about
7:30a.m
Place : Mohanpur, 12 KM from Bolpur,
Occurrence: The bus named 'Gati' bound
for Asansol from Ranigan's carrying
about 55 passengers, lost contoral
and overturned in the field.
Casualties:12 died on the spot including
a woman - 30 injured - condition of
10 serious.
Rescue Measures: Neighbouring
villagers extended hands -
Police took control --injured passengers ---admitted to Bolpur Hospital.
