    Collect neem oil and caustic soda----mix them with water---boil the mixture for sometime—cool it---add 300gms of sodium silicate,10 cc. of soap scent and 2 gms of soap colour and --mix them up---keep in that condition for the whole day---next day soap cakes are to be cut ----they are ready for use.
