Preparation of Chilly Chicken.
Wash and chop flesh of chicken in small pieces --take the pieces in a container--comstarch, broken eggs, salt, pepper powder and soya sauce mix--keep the mixture for twenty minutes to marinate--heat oil in a pan --fry the chicken pieces--add garlic-ginger paste --sauteed green chilly in the oil--add vinegar and chicken stock to it--add fried chicken pieces with the mixture- cook for five minutes.
