Collect a number of lemons--Wash them in clean water--Peel off the lemons with a knife---Boil the lemons by adding water in a pan---cool the boiled lemons--Extract the lemon juice by compressing the lemons with hand--strain the juice--Add an appropriate measure of citric acid and sugar--Pour it into bottles-Now lemon squash has become ready for use.
