Use of help/Sentences with cannot help & cannot but

নিয়ম: Sub+cannot help +(v+ing)+obj।  

অর্থাৎ but এর স্থানে help বসবে এবং verb এর সঙ্গে ing যোগ হবে ।

1. One cannot but admire his courage.
2. You cannot but like her.
3. I cannot but shed tears.
4. I could not but overhear what he said
5. She cannot help but notice the change.

 

 

Use only/None but

Only র জায়গাই None but আর None but এর জায়গাই only বসে।

1. Only he can do it.
2. Only a fool would believe this.
3. Only he can help me in this matter.
4. None but the brave deserves the fair.
